I, of course, love BL and that’s why I translate it. I currently study Japanese in university, and I will graduate with a BL Japanese degree BA Japanese degree in 2015! Hello! I’m not sure if you mean raws or the official licensed works. In terms of raws, I’ve never heard of digital copies but I could be wrong. But as far as I know, raws are only available in physical copies.
If you want to buy licensed English versions, there are digital copies available! You might want to check Digital Manga Guild as they license titles, and most stuffs licensed will be available in digital copies first. You can also check SuBLime for copies as well. Jmanga seems to also have some manga, but they don’t have only BL stuffs. They’re the recent licensor for Junjou Romantica (but they’re starting from volume 1…so uh…). Or it seems like they’ve changed their mind about Junjou Romantica…
As for raws, I doubt you can obtain digital copies, but if you want physical copies, places to give a shot would be yesasia, and amazon!
I’m sorry I don’t know better places since I don’t purchase these myself. ^^;; I still hope this answer helped you (and others)!
